Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent penetration of an outside gas into the inside and the leakage of an atmospheric gas effectively by setting an angle formed by the contact surfaces of a dog and a roller and the surface of a shutter plate at a specific angle.
CONSTITUTION: When a shutter plate 6 is lowered through a connecting rod E continuously connected to the piston rod of a cylinder in an upper section and an opening section is closed, the rear of the shutter plate 6 is brought into contact with an opening-section O ring 5 mounted on the whole circumference of the opening of the front of a rear opening section component B. A plurality of dogs 1 installed on the surface of the shutter plate 6 and a roller 2 set up onto the rear surface section of a front opening section component A are brought into contact at the same time as the rear of the shutter plate is bought into contact with the opening-section O ring 5. Since an angle αformed by the contact surface of the dog 1 and the roller 2 and the surface of the shutter plate 6 is set at 0.5° or 1.0° at that time, the shutter plate 6 is pushed against the opening section with the downward lowering of the shutter plate 6. Accordingly, contact pressure to the opening-section O ring 5 is increased with the lowering of the shutter plate 6, thus improving airtightness.
