To provide a sealed-up package that is hygienically excellent and easily handled while preventing flimsy pieces of sealed-up matters from contacting with surroundings, and to provide a method for simple manufacturing of such sealed-up packages.

The sealed-up package comprises a housing chamber 2 formed of a base sheet and a overlapping sheet and a flimsy piecelike sealed-up matter housed, being separable from the base sheet, in the housing chamber 2. The manufacturing method therefor includes a process of applying solution of the sealed-up matter to the surface of the base sheet, a process of drying the applied solution of the sealed-up matter, and a process of laying the overlapping sheet on the base sheet and sealing the base sheet and the overlapping sheet together so that the area on which the solution of the sealed-up mater is applied is surrounded by the sealing.
