A nozzle section 10, a copying mechanism section 20 and a Z table 21 are disposed on the upper section of a base 40, and a needle 11 for discharging a sealant quantitatively is mounted on the end of the nozzle section 10. The sealant from the needle 11 is stored in the nozzle section 10, and the sealant is discharged in compliance with the output from a sealant discharge amount control section 31. The copying mechanism section 20 is constituted of a slide table and the like, and the end of the copying mechanism 20 is brought into contact with the upper face of the base 40, and moved up and down following undulations, recessed and projections of the base 40 in the mechanism, and simultaneously the nozzle section 10 mounted on the copying mechanism section 20 and the needle 11 thereon are also moved up and down. Therefore, a gap between the needle 11 and the upper face of the base 40 is constant.
