Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealer which has excellent mass-productivity by a simple structure and can produce uniform seal parts and a method for manufacture of a soft article with the seal part.
SOLUTION: When a drum 5 and a rotary base 6 are rotated together, the follower 10a of an oscillating support member 9 oscillatably equipped on the outer circumference of the rotary base 6 is guided by the cum groove 15c of a cam member 15 to oscillate the oscillating support member 9. When the oscillating support member 9 reaches a prescribed rotation point, an anvil 14 supported by the oscillating support member 9 abuts on a horn 8 and leaves the horn 8 at another rotation place. Because the anvil 14 is moved by oscillating motion of the oscillating support member 9, motion as a whole is simple, and a soft work connected by the horn 8 and the anvil 14 can be securely clamped.
