CONSTITUTION: A sealer 11 for carrying contents 13 supplied from picking stages 15A, 15B, 15C, 15D on a content conveyer 16, carrying an envelope 14 supplied from an envelope feeder 17 on an envelope conveyer 18, also opening an opening 14A of the envelope by an envelope opener 19 and sealing the contents on the content conveyer into the envelope with its opening opened on the envelope conveyer performs intermittent operation of the envelope conveyer and continuous operation of the content conveyer.
