Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-speed operation of a pair of sealing bars for heat- sealing a thermoplastic tube film.
SOLUTION: Both main guides 40 supported on crank pins 24 positioned at both ends of a main shaft 31 install and support a sealing bar 51 on one side at upper ends of both the main guides 40. A sealing bar 52 on the other side is supported on upper ends of sliders 41 supported on crank pins 25 of a driven shaft 32 and on crank pins 26 of an auxiliary shaft 33. The sliders 41 which are vertically moved by the revolution movement of the driven crank pins 25 and the auxiliary crank pins 26 are reversely moved with respect to the main guides 40 which are vertically moved by the clockwise revolution movement of the main crank pins 24. Thus, both the lower and the upper sealing bars 51 and 52 are respectively opened and closed to heat-seal a film under a pinchingly holding pressure. In this case, the lowermost gear 23 draws up a lubricating oil 60 in a sealed casing 20, and a frictional sound of each of gears is suppressed. Since the seizure of rotational slide portions is prevented, the sealing of the film is promoted to be performed at a high speed.
