PURPOSE: To provide a sealing bag which can prevent liquid containing rust of iron powder sealed in the bag from exuding therefrom without using a perforated film and can prevent liquid from penetrating from the outside into the bag to stabilize functions of gas absorbing agent such as deoxidizing agent.

CONSTITUTION: A transparent composite film 1 prepared by making a polyester film 11 integral to a polypropylene film 12 having heat-sealing property whose melting point is lower than that of the film 11 by a dry lamination process is used. And the films 1 are connected to each other at the ends thereof, with the film 12 being located inside the film l, and a non-woven fabric 2 is placed between the films 1 along the connected part and a heat seal is applied vertically, intermittently thereto so as to leave narrow non-sealed areas 3 and non- woven fabric is not provided at upper and lower openings, whereby a bag body is formed by heat seal, and the non-woven fabric 2 comprises water-repellent plastics having low water-absorbing property and weight of about 50g/m2.
