Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the working time by eliminating a case sealing process.
CONSTITUTION: In a case sealing method wherein a printed board installed in a case is sealed with resin and an opening of the case is closed with a cover and the cover is sealed, the cover is formed so as to have a U-shaped cross section and the sealing resin is cured after two side faces facing each other are dipped in the sealing resin.
