PURPOSE: To provide a titled device which seals and connects a stalk and a mouthpiece by holding the stalk at the prescribed height of an elevatable range with respect to the mold in a die base, and communicating the same to the mouthpiece while pressing the same to the mouth of the mold.

CONSTITUTION: With a lower die 2 on a die base 1 as a reference, a stalk 12 is connected by a pressing means. Namely, the pressing force P distributing and acting uniformly upon the bottom end surface of an upper ring 17 which is an upper cover of the 1st chamber 20 and is also a pressure receiving plate is applied by force- feeding high pressure air (a1) from a supply part A into the chamber 20 through the feed-in hole 21 of a lower ring 16. As a result, the stalk 12 together with the ring 17 are forced up while extending respective bellows 18, 19, 22, and are fitted to the mouth part of the lower die 2 installed with the mouth part of the mouthpiece 14 in the prescribed position on the die base 1. The mouthpiece 14 is communicated and held to the end face of the mouth 3 in pressure contact therewith by the above-described pressing force P. Hence, the pouring route is held tightly closed simply by feeding the high pressure air, and the control of the device is easy.
