Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a proper screwing process of a cap to a bottle mouth cylinder, and also, safely and firmly perform the screwing of the cap to the bottle mouth cylinder, and display a safe sealability by constituting the screwing thread on the bottle mouth cylinder in such a manner that the screwing thread may be utilized as a sealing functional part.
SOLUTION: At the lower ends of threads 2 of a bottle mouth cylinder 1, a lower end engaging part 3 with an engaging surface 4 and a sharp tip 5 is formed. Then, at the lower end of a sealing ring 8 which is connected to a cap main body 7 by a breakable part 9, an engaging recess 13 is formed by extending an engaging elastic piece 12 which elastically returns at a screwing limit location, in the unscrewing direction. At the time of unsealing, the engaging recess 13 is engaged with the lower end engaging part 3 of the thread 2 at a lower level by a guidance of the engaging elastic piece 12, from the unscrewing direction.
