Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sealing device sealing the paper passing through the device with a mark processed showing whether the processing due to an image reader or an OCR device is performed, not requiring a new drive source in order to seal the mark processed, having a simple structure reduced in space and not causing an impact or noise at the time of sealing.
CONSTITUTION: A reversibly rotatable drive motor 1 and a paper feed roller rotated in a paper discharge direction when the drive motor 1 is normally rotated are provided and a stamp drum 52 having a stamp surface provided to the peripheral surface thereof at one or a plurality of places is provided to the shaft 44 of the paper feed roller or the stamp shaft provided near thereto in parallel. A one-way clutch 55 connecting the motor and the stamp drum 52 in a rotatable manner when the motor 1 is reversely rotated and the holding member holding the standby position of the stamp drum 52 at the time of the normal rotation of the motor 1 are provided.
