PURPOSE: To eliminate changing operation of various kinds of restricted bolt certainly, and simplify a sealing structure and operation.
CONSTITUTION: A restricted bolt 1 is screwed in the fixing part 13 of an engine by a lock nut 5, and the pressure receiving part 7 of a cover plate 6 is pinched by the lock nut 5. The restricted bolt 1 and the lock nut 5 are covered with the main body part 8 of the cover plate 6 of a folding back posture Q, and the fastening part 10 thereof is fixed to a fixing part 13 through a fastening member 11. It is thus possible to prevent certainly changing operation of the restricted bolt 1 after shipment of an engine and simplify sealing structure and operation since the restricted bolt 1 and the lock nut 5 are covered with the cover plate 6 in the undetachable folding back posture Q.
