PURPOSE: To prevent altering operation of various kinds of restriction bolt so as to simplify sealing operation.
CONSTITUTION: A receiving stop part 6 is provided on one side of the restriction operating part 2 of a restriction bolt 1 and a protecting cap 7, and a locking part 8 having elastic restoring property is provided on the other side so as to switch an elastic deformated posture to its restored posture. Since when the restriction bolt 1 is covered with the protecting cap 7 the protecting cap 7 engages with the receiving stop part 6 of its counter part by elastic restoring force of the fitting part 8, the cap 7 can be fixed in one-touch so as to simplify sealing operation. And also it is possible to prevent certainly altering operation of the restriction bolt 1 after engine shipment by shielding action of the protecting cap 7.
