Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the trouble due to the overlapping of the print of seal. with an address part by a method wherein the detecting means of the positions of stamps pasted or printed on leaves and the detecting means of the positions, at which address informations on the leaves are stated, are provided.
CONSTITUTION: When the tip of each of leaves 113 is detected with a photoelectric sensor 106, a counter circuit 107 starts counting. A sealing control circuit 108 decides the operational timing of stamper driving circuits 109 and 110 respectively driving a plurality of stampers 111 and 112 on the basis of the carrying positions, which are detected by the count values outputted from the counter circuit 107, of the leaves and of the postmarked positions, which are outputted from a positional information detecting part 105. In response to the operational timings, the stamper driving circuits 109 and 110 are respectively put into actuation. Further, a plurality of the stampers 111 and 112 seal on the leaves 113 in response to the operational timings of the stamper driving circuits 109 and 110 respectively corresponding thereto.
