Abstract:
To provide a sealing device which can be easily arranged in a prescribed position while sliding to a contour of a bent valve body, and is hardly moved from the prescribed position even if the valve body oscillates after the sealing device is arranged in the prescribed position.SOLUTION: A sealing device 24 is used for a valve device having a valve box having an internal space 25 and a lumen 7a being a flow passage of fluid, and a valve body 4 arranged in the internal space of the valve box so as to be oscillatory and controlling a flow of the fluid, and seals a clearance between and among the lumen, and the outside of the valve body and the inside of the valve box. The sealing device has: an elastic ring 50 which is formed of an elastic material having a hole 26 communicating with the lumen, and allowing the circulation of the fluid, and arranged between a flat inner wall face 40 at a periphery of the lumen of the valve box and a bent outer face of the valve body; and two slide faces 70 which are arranged at two side parts of the elastic ring, and extend in parallel with each other. The two slide faces slide with respect to a guide side face of a guide groove 37 having two parallel guide side faces 46 which are formed at both sides of the inner wall face of the valve box.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
