Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device which smooths wrinkles of a lid material and seals an opening part of a container.SOLUTION: A seal device 11 includes: a push-up mechanism 112 which is provided at the lower side of a main pallet MP and pushes up a container C1 by inserting a rod-like body 112B from the lower surface side into a housing part MP1 of the main pallet MP; and a seal mechanism 111 which is provided at the upper side of the main pallet MP and moves down a heating plate 111A1 toward a film placed on the main pallet MP to seal and bond the lid material to an opening part of the container C1. The seal device 11 pushes up the container C1 by using the push-up mechanism 112 and then moves down the heating plate 111A1 by using the seal mechanism 111 to seal and bond the lid material to the opening part of the container C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 40
