Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately attach a sealing device having a reinforcing ring without causing the deformation and fit lack of the reinforcing ring caused by interference with a chamfered part of a fit mate side.SOLUTION: Seal lips 2, 3 and 4 which are made to slidably and tightly contact with the other member 30 at tips are integrally arranged at a reinforcing ring 1 which is fixed to one member 20 out of two members which are substantially concentrically arranged, and relatively movable with respect to each other. The reinforcing ring 1 has a fit cylinder part 11 which is pressure-fit to an internal peripheral face 20a of one member 20, and a flange part 14 which deploys to an outside diameter direction from one end of the fit cylinder part 11, and abuts on an end face 20b of one member 20. A bent part 16 between the fit cylinder part 11 and the flange part 14 is formed into a shape which separates from the end face 20b to an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
