The sealing housing cover comprises a metal reinforcing flange 4 separately manufactured and having a through hole 2 through which a shaft to be sealed 3 passes, and a polymer sealing flange 5 separately manufactured and having at least one seal 6. In the sealing housing cover when used as specified, the reinforcing flange 4 and the sealing flange 5 are mutually connected with one or more of friction joint, shape joint and material joint.
