PURPOSE: To obtain a sealing lock that is equipped with a function as a locking device.

CONSTITUTION: A swelled head 2 is made on one end of a locking rod 1 that is inserted into a hole of a washer on a door or the like to be locked, and an annular groove 5 is provided near the front end of a part 3 in reduced diameter that is provided on the other end of the rod. A big bore for accepting a cap 8 for pressing a fixing ring 14 to be fitted into the annular groove is bored to a covering part 11 having a small bore for accepting the part 3 in the reduced diameter therein. After putting the part 3 of the reduced diameter into the small bore of the covering part 11, the fixing ring 14 is fitted to the end of the part 3 of the reduced diameter that is projected toward the inside of the big bore, and the fixing ring 14 is fitted firm into the annular groove by pressing the fixing ring 14 into the big bore. By placing the washer between the swelled head 2 and the covering part 11, a lock serving double as a locking device and a sealing device can be obtained.
