Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for example, a sealant for a liquid crystal dropping method that has a high adhesive strength to a substrate of a liquid crystal display panel despite a reduction in width of the frame of a sealing member, and can suppress contamination of liquid crystal.SOLUTION: There is provided a sealant for a liquid crystal dropping method containing: an epoxy resin A having at least one of a structural unit represented by a predetermined general formula (1) and a structural unit represented by a predetermined general formula (2), and not including a (meth)acryloyl group; a (meth)acrylic resin B; a photopolymerization initiator C; a thermosetting agent D; and a filler E.SELECTED DRAWING: None
