Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material containing a polyolefin as a main component which is excellent in sealability, transparency, mechanical strength, and others, is capable of a high frequency seal, and can be used as a substitute for a polyvinyl chloride material.
SOLUTION: A high frequency sealing material is prepared by a method in which (A) on one side or both sides of a layer which is prepared from an ethylene-carbon monoxide copolymer and/or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and has the product of a dielectric constant of 13.56 MHz frequency and a dielectric loss tangent of at least 0.1, (B) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer sealing layer which is prepared by a single site catalyst and has a density of 860-905 kg/m3 is formed.
