Abstract:
To provide a sealing member which has a small fictional coefficient and sufficient gas sealing ability.
The sealing member 10 is composed of an annular element 12 made of elastic material and a metallic annular element 11 integrally fitted in the annular element 12. The metallic annular element 11 is composed of a bellows shape annular member, which is folded at a required pitch and has a rectangular or circular cross section, or a coil shape annular member.
