Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting into a sealing groove by protruding the membrance peripheral edge part on the fixed side to the sealing groove from the peripheral edge part of a metal disc on circular pundhing, and closely contacting and fixing the membrance peripheral edge part protruded in the sealing groove of an outer or inner race. CONSTITUTION:When a sealing plate 2 is punched, the peripheral edge part of a circular membrance 22 is formed with the peripheral edge parts 221 and 222 protruded from the peripheral edge of part a disc 21. The sealing plate 2 thus formed is fixed in a sealing groove 13 by pushing-in the sealing plate 2 from the end surface side of an outer race 3, and allowing the peripheral edge part 221 of the circular membrane to be contacted under pressure with a sealing groove 31. As the elastic contact part for the sealing groove is formed by protruding the circular membrane peripheral edge part from the disc peripheral edge part punched, the forming processing of the sealing plate is facilitated, and the sealing plate can be utilzed favourably for the objects having small outer diameter.
