In this pump-up device 30, a check valve 90 is arranged between a gas-liquid pipe 48 and a joint hose 66, and the check valve 90 prevents reverse flow of the compressed air and the sealing agent from the inside of the tire 22. When supplying the sealing agent 36 or the compressed air into the tire 22, even if the sealing agent 36 reversely flows with the compressed air from the inside of the tire 22 through the joint hose 66, the check valve 90 hinders flow of the sealing agent 36 and the compressed air to an air pump 10, and intrusion of the sealing agent 36, which reversely flows with the compressed air, into the air pump 10 can be prevented.
