PURPOSE: To enable to prevent the deposition of solidified material, without remaining the sealing liquid in the feeding passage etc., by providing a sub-tank storing temporarily the required amount of the sealing liquid and delivering this sealing liquid with pressure to the injection device.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st delivery pipe 5, header tube 3, and sub-tank 2 are open in the air, the 1st valve 7 is opened and required amt. of the sealing liquid is fed to the sub-tank from the tank 1 by detecting it with the timer and liquid level meter. In this case, the air in the pipe 5 and header pipe 3 is discharged via the straight stand pipe 10. Next, the 1st valve 7 is closed, the 2nd valve 8 is open, air pressure is exerted from the air pressure supply source 12 connected to the 1st delivery pipe 5 between the 1st valve and the header pipe 3, and the sealing liquid in the sub- tank 2 is delivered with pressurely via the 2nd supply pipe 6. Water is injected to the loading part 16 from the injection device 4.
