Abstract:
To provide a sealing structure which can achieve stable sealability under an environment where a rotation speed is fast, and to provide a sealing device.SOLUTION: A sealing device 10 seals an annular gap between a housing 600 having a shaft hole 610 and a shaft 500 inserted into the shaft hole 610 and is fixed to the rotating housing 600. The sealing device 10 includes a seal lip 210 slidable on an outer peripheral surface 510 of the shaft 500. Further, multiple projections 211, configured to generate flow of a sealing object fluid by the sealing device 10 rotating with the housing 600 and receive force generated in conjunction with the flow of the sealing object fluid to the radial inner side, are provided on an axial apical surface in the seal lip 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
