Title:
SEALING STRUCTURE OF HARNESS FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3183391
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the oil rise due to capillary phenomenon with a simple structure by sealing the terminal of the cable connected to the terminal for connecting the terminal of the cable positioned within a mission case to a circuit.
SOLUTION: A cable holder 20 comprises a storage 20A for a sealing plug 30, a cable insertion part 30B, and a lock part 20C with a mission case 1, and in the cable insertion part 20B, a bored first through-hole 21 for passing the cable 10 through the mission cable 1 is bored. Moreover, the lock part 20C of the cable holder 20 comprises four elastic lock pieces 24, and each lock piece 24 is provided with a lock claw 24a to be locked in a mounting hole 1a of the mission case 1. Then, pressure-welding terminals 50 for connecting with the circuits within the mission case 1d are connected severally to terminals 10a of each cable 10 positioned within the mission case 1, and they are sealed by covering the entirety with a sealing resin material 60. As a result, the oil rise caused by capillary phenomenon can be surely prevented with the simple constitution.
