To provide a sealing structure capable of preventing a bolt from being loosened as much as possible, and at the same time, capable of securing water-cut performance, and further, possible to be miniaturized in the radial direction.
A large-diameter part 36A of a head part 36 of a fixing bolt 32 is engaged with a fitting seat 22 of a rear spoiler 10 made of a resin. A washer 40 and a seal washer 42 are inserted into a smooth part 38A of a shaft part 38 of the fixing bolt 32. The seal washer 42 includes a first seal part and a second seal part in an outer peripheral part and an inner peripheral part thereof, and cuts off water between the periphery of a fitting hole 30 of a back door panel 12 and itself, and cuts off water between the fixing bolt 32 and itself. A small-diameter part 36B of the head part 36 of the fixing bolt 32 is made to abut on the back door panel 12 through washer bodies of the metal washer 40 and the seal washer 42.
