To provide a sealing type moving bed with ozone generating devices which does not discharge interior bacteria to outside by making the interior of a patient storage space of the sealing type moving bed to negative pressure, sterilizes bacteria by ozone, and has the structure which does not inflict the ozone harm to the patient and other person.

The bed is constituted of the high concentration ozone generating devices 1 and 4, a filter 8 such as a paper filter, a blower 7, a honeycomb active carbon catalyst 13, the moving bed, an upper cover 17, a mat 20, and a pipe 11 for blowing air. Discharge of bacteria to outside is prevented by storing the patient, and making the interior of the patient storage space 18 to negative pressure by sending the air containing the bacteria in the patient storage space 18 to an ozone reaction chamber 9 by the blower 7. The air containing bacteria sent into the ozone reaction chamber 9 is filtered by the filter 8 such as the paper filter. The bacteria adhering to the filter 8 are sterilized by the ozone generated in ozone generating devices 1 and 4. This sterile air is discharged to outside.
