PURPOSE: To stabilize the performance of a super-deaerator by extracting a part of sealing water of a water sealed type vacuum pump arranged in series and located on a high vacuum side, and feeding it from a shaft part as sealing water of the vacuum pump on a low vacuum side.
CONSTITUTION: In a super-deaerator in which a water sealed type first vacuum pump 4 to vacuum-suck dissolved gas in raw water through a deaeration module 1 is connected to the deaeration module 1, a water sealed type second vacuum pump 5 is connected in series to the first vacuum pump 4, and the exhaust line 8 of the first vacuum pump 4 is connected to the suction port 5a of the second vacuum pump 5. Then, a sealing water regeneration line 13 is installed to extract a part of the sealing water which is fed from the first vacuum pump 4 to the suction port 5a of the second vacuum pump 5 and feed the extracted sealing water to the shaft water supply port 5b of the second vacuum pump 5.
