Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain superior durability by specifying deviation of circumferential length in the cutting of a belt in the direction A rectangular to the circumferential direction with respect to the circumferential length within a specific range, and specifying the deviation of a length in the A direction of each piece obtained by circumferentially cutting the belt into strips with a specific width to a length in the A direction within a specific range.
SOLUTION: A seamless tube is formed by using, for example, a resin composition composed of 86 wt.% of polycarbonate and 14 wt.% of carbon black, and a seamless belt 1 is manufactured therefrom. One seamless belt 1 is arbitrarily selected and cut in the direction A rectangular to the circumferential direction, and its circumferential length is measured to calculate deviations. As a result, the deviation in the circumferential length is within ±0.06% with respect to an average of the circumferential length. The seamless belt 1 is arbitrarily selected and circumferentially cut into strips with 50 mm width to obtain twelve pieces 2, and a length in the A direction of each piece is measured. As a result, the deviation of the length in the A direction for each piece is set to be within a range of ±0.09% with respect to the average value of the length in the A direction.
