Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the lowering with time of volume specific resistance for a seamless belt composed of fluorine resin blended with carbon black.
CONSTITUTION: A seamless belt is composed of fluorine resin of 97-75wt.% and carbon black, having primary particles of hollow shape and specific surface area of 800m2/g or over and the DBP oil absorption amount of 300ml/100g or over 3-25wt.%, and its surface specific resistance value of surface and rear face is 1×100-1015Ω/square and its volume specific resistance value is 1×109.cm.
