Abstract:
To suppress generation of noise in gear change.SOLUTION: A seamless shift mechanism 14 has a positioning mechanism 70 for positioning shift rods 71, 72, 73. The positioning mechanism 70 has a check ball B and recessed grooves 70a, 70b, 70c. Check balls B are elastically energized by springs Sp from a radial direction of axes X1, X2, X3 toward outer peripheries of the shift rods 71, 72, 73. The recessed grooves 70a, 70b, 70c are opened to the outer peripheries of the shift rods 71, 72, 73, and the check balls B are resiliently engaged when the recessed grooves reach prescribed positions in the directions of axes Z1, X2, X3 of the shift rods 71, 72, 73. The recessed grooves 70a, 70b, 70c are provided with retention portions 704 for retaining the check balls B between the recessed grooves 70a, 70c and the recessed groove 70b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
