PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly detect a search object.SOLUTION: A search object detection device for detecting a search object having a transmission device which transmits an identifier includes: search object information storage means for storing a search object identifier and a contact destination; detection position information acquisition means for, from an identifier detection device which has detected the identifier transmitted from the transmission device, receiving the identifier and position information; and detection information notification means for, when the identifier is registered as the search object identifier in the search object information storage means, notifying the contact destination corresponding to the search object identifier of the position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
