Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide retrieval result updating system, server and method capable of performing information provision considering a user's purpose.SOLUTION: A retrieval result updating server 10 in a retrieval result updating system 1 receives a retrieval query from a user terminal 30, acquires first retrieval result data of the retrieval query from a retrieval server 20, transmits the acquired data to the user terminal 30, and when receiving a linked destination URL selected by the user terminal 30 twice or more from the linked destination URL included in the first retrieval result data, respectively acquires snippets of a content of the received linked destination, and extracts a keyword included in the snippets in common. When the retrieval result updating server 10 creates a new query based on the keyword and the retrieval query, acquires a second retrieval result based on the new query from the retrieval server 20 and transmits the second retrieval result to the user terminal 30, the user terminal 30 displays the second retrieval result in addition to the first retrieval result.
