To find a mountain disaster victim with higher possibility than before, and reduce the time required for finding the victim.SOLUTION: During a first period, a radio control part 123 turns on a second switch 126 and connects a board 15 and a second antenna element 112, and turns off a third switch 127 and disconnects the board 15 from a third antenna element 113, thus allowing the second antenna element 112 to operate as a reflector and allowing the third antenna element 113 to operate as a waveguide. During a second period, the radio control part 123 turns off the second switch 126 and disconnects the board 15 from the second antenna element 112, and turns on the third switch 127 and connects the board 15 and the third antenna element 113, thus allowing the third antenna element 113 to operate as a reflector and allowing the second antenna element 112 to operate as a waveguide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
