Abstract:

To obtain a seasoning for a fried food, capable of keeping itself from scorching, providing a fried food comprising a food material supplied with an excellent flavor by a simple step, having excellent utility, useful for Chinese fried rice containing various ingredients, and the like, by making the seasoning include an edible oil containing a powdery seasoning.

This seasoning for a fried food comprises an edible oil such as soybean oil, sesame oil containing preferably 5-30 wt.% of powdery seasoning such as powdery soy sauce, powdery Miso (fermented soybean paste with melted rice (Koji)) Preferably, the seasoning for a fried food preferably contains spice such as garlic, onion, an amino acid-based seasoning such as sodium glutamate, a nucleic acid-based seasoning such as sodium inosinate, salt, sugar, and the like. The seasoning for a fried food is obtained, for example, by mixing 500 g of soybean salad oil with 30 g powdery soy sauce, 50 g of sugar and 0.5 g of white pepper.
