PURPOSE: To obtain seasoning preservable for many hours, having good flavor of plant and garlic by putting garlic in small pieces and salt in a vegetable oil and boiling.

CONSTITUTION: A vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil) is heated to a temperature not to boil the oil, garlic in small pieces such as finely cut or sliced garlic and a small of salt are added to the vegetable oil and boiled for several minutes to give the objective seasoning.
