PURPOSE: To practically restrain shaky tendency of a latch plate in a buckle by making the forward edge part of the slanted upper wing part of an ejection part nipped between the top face of the latch plate and the down face of the flat part of a latch part and the latch plate completely latched in the buckle. CONSTITUTION: A compressive power added to a sliding block 46 by a coil spring 54 forms an upward force working to lift both the sliding block 46 and a flat part 44 of a locking part 26, and this force, on the other hand, turns the locking part 26 upward to separate a locking rod 32 from a coupling with a cross rod 34 of a latch plate 24. Once this occurs, the latch plate 24 is, having been worked by a compressed ejection spring 68, ejected from a buckle 10 by an ejection part 58. A forward movement of the ejection part 58, produced by the compressed ejection spring 68, makes a forward edge part 72 of a slanted upper wing part 66 of the ejection part 58 contact with each contacting part 74 in a push button 20, thus making the push button 20 return to its extended position. Accordingly, the forward movement of the ejection part 58 completely separates the locking rod 32 from the vicinity of the latch plate 24, and thus any possibility of making the coupling of the locking rod 32 and the latch plate 24 being arbitrary separated is eliminated.
