Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the inhibition of the draw of a belt at the time of opening a door by providing such an operating member as a weight or the like for inhibiting the rotation of a winding shaft member according to the horizontal acceleration of the door, and changing the action sensitivity of the operating member in response to a change in the supporting interval of the operating member. CONSTITUTION:A ratchet wheel 8 is connected to the end portion of a retractor shaft urged in the belt winding direction by the action of a winding spring, and a ratchet lever 9 is made possible to engage with ratchets 8c on the outer periphery portion thereof. The ratchet lever 9 is engaged with the ratchets 8c by the action of a weight 10 which is tilted when the horizontal acceleration of a door exceeds a predetermined value, thereby inhibiting the rotation of a shaft. Thereat, the weight 10 is supported on a supporting member 18, wherein the supporting member 18 is cooperated with a member 19 moved upward/downward by the action of a solenoid 21 which is magnetized/demagnetized in accordance with the ON-OFF state of a door switch 4, so that the weight 10 is supported also on a projected portion 19b when the member 19 is moved upward at the time of opening a door, thereby extending the supporting interval thereof.
