Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a seat coil type resolver that is less in an angular error by making the output waveform of a detection phase into such being approximate to a sine wave.
CONSTITUTION: This resolver is equipped with a exciting phase coil 1 installing a spiral coil 12a on the surface side of an insulating seat layer 31, and installed with a spiral coil wound in reverse at looking from the same direction as the surface side, at the backside, and a detection phase coil 3 installing a spiral col 32a on the surface side of an insulating seat layer 31 and installed with a spiral coil with a phase difference of 90 degrees electrically with this spiral coil 32a on the surface side, at the backside, respectively. In this constitution, the exciting phase coil 1 and the detection phase coil 3 are opposed to each other via a void and they are made so as to be relatively shiftable, the spiral coil 12a of the exciting phase coil 1 is used for joining both circular and linear conductors, of formed into a spiral form having these circular and linear conductors joined together, while the spiral coil 32a at the surface side and the spiral coil at the backside of the detection phase coil 3 are formed into a spiral form each having the half-wave sine waveform conductor and the circular or linear conductor connected in order.
