To provide a seat cover for usually preventing the dirt of the seat back of a seat disposed inside a compartment and preventing the seat back from being scratched, and for achieving a function as an emergency medical kit when an emergency situation occurs.

The seat cover 2 is usually held by the back surface of the seat back 3 of the seat 1. When the emergency situation occurs, the seat cover 2 is detached from the seat back 3, an opening/closing lid 16 pivoted to the cover body part 8 of the seat cover 2 is opened, and first-aid treatment to an injured person is executed with medical devices housed in the inside.
