Abstract:
To prevent the increase of attachment hour and the deterioration of outer appearance quality due to a synthetic resin-made finisher which is arranged in the side and lower part of a seat cushion.
The gore of a trim cover is integrally molded with the synthetic resin-made finisher through the use of a mold non-woven fabric 1 which is molded into a recessed/projecting shape by the impregnation with a synthetic resin material. An expansible part 1A is arranged at the lower part of the mold non-woven fabric 1, and fixed to the mobile rail 53 of a slide rail.
