The other end of a wire 15 is connected to a load receiving member 8 via a pulley part 16 of a connection part and a ball part 19 on the other end without bending the wire 15 so as to follow the displacement of the load receiving member 8. When the load receiving member 8 is displaced by the pulley part 16 of the connection part and the ball part 19 on the other end, the other end of the connection part is deformed along a groove part 25 of the pulley part 16, and the wire is not bent at all. As a result, the wire 15 is neither frayed nor broken by the bend, and the durability thereof is enhanced.
