To solve such problems that an initial reference position is not stabilized, and enhancement in performance is difficult.
This measuring device comprises a positioning means for returning and positioning a load receiving member 8 to an initial reference position in no load. Consequently, the initial reference positions of the seat displacement measuring devices 61, 62 and 63 are stabilized. The seat displacement measuring devices 61, 62 and 62 including the positioning means for returning and positioning the load receiving member 8 to the initial reference position in no load are used. Consequently, in this automotive seat device 1, occupant determination performance can be stabilized.
