The seat-interlocking mirror device 10 is equipped with a seat adjusting mechanism 14 to adjust the position of the seat S, a mirror adjusting mechanism 18 to adjust the position of a mirror M, and an ECU 13 to make the position adjustment of the seat S interlocking with the position adjustment of the mirror M.
