Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a seat material for cars, having excellent continuous comfortableness irrespective of a circumferential environment and excellent appearance even with a small amount of yarn used.
CONSTITUTION: In a seat material comprising ground yarn 2 and yarns 1 for forming pile parts, yarn having ≥9.5Kcal/m2Hr [heat loss in humidifying in equilibrium with water 20°C a 65% RH or ≥13Kcal/m2Hr°C in humidifying in equilibrium with water at 20°C at 95% RH or yarn having ≥1.5% moisture absorption ratio 15 minutes after change from 20°C 65% RH to 30°C 90% RH or ≥2.0 humidity absorption ratio 15 minutes after change from 30°C 90% RH to 20°C 65% RH is used as the ground yarns 2.
