To provide a seat mounting structure for a working vehicle which reduces vibration transmitted to a seat and makes it easy to maintain the seat at a proper position.
The seat 12 is structured to be collapsible forward by connecting rotatably a seat 12 and support members 22, 42 that support the seat 12. Elastic members 23 are provided over the seat 12 and the support members 22, 42. Right and left vibration control members 63 are disposed between first members 61 fixed on a transmission case 8 and second members 62 that support the support members 22, 42 to restrict transverse movement of a predetermined amount or more by making first contact surfaces 76 of the first members 61 and second contact surfaces 75 of the second members 62 contact each other.
