To provide a seat provided with a three-dimensional net being inexpensive, a thin structure, lightness in weight, superior body pressure distribution, capability of sufficiently supporting a pelvis and a spine by following a change of a body position, and excellent in absorbing ability for vibration and the force of inertia.
The three-dimensional net comprises an upper mesh layer, a lower mesh layer, and pile layers having a plurality of piles for connecting the upper mesh layer with the lower mesh layer. A seat cushion and a seat back are formed by at least one layer of the three-dimensional nets 8a, 8b being extended across almost all ranges of a seat cushion frame 16 and a seat back frame 20. A vicinity to the middle parts of the three-dimensional nets 8a, 8b where a front end of the seat cushion and an upper end of the seat back are allowed to be fixed ends is provided with tension via a first tensile member, and the seat cushion is retained to the frame 16 via a second tensile member 28.
