Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet tensioning apparatus capable of applying tension to a thin strap-shaped sheet by a vacuum device without damaging the sheet. The sheet tensioning apparatus (3) comprises: a duct (31) shaped into a box container to be installed in a sheet conveying path of a processing device (1) for processing a strap-shaped sheet (S); a vacuum device (32) for absorbing the conveyed strap-shaped sheet (S) to be lowered from the top of the duct (31) to the inside of the duct (31) in a U shape in order to apply tension to the strap-shaped sheet (S); and an inlet roller (33) and an outlet roller (34) arranged on an inlet and an outlet of the strap-shaped sheet (S) in the upper end of the duct (31) to guide the strap-shaped sheet (S), respectively. The inlet and outlet rollers (33, 34) are at least partially arranged within a duct inner wall surface (313) to form a gap (G) as a path of air by the vacuum device (32) between the strap-shaped sheet (S) in a U shape inside the duct (31) and the duct inner wall surface (313).
